We have designed these policies in order to give you the best possible membership experience, and to allow us to efficiently and effectively administer your memberships with our awesome but tiny office staff and operate in our awesome but tiny space!  We think these policies are fair, and we will try to always be fair and treat you right.

All Elite Memberships and Private/Small Group Training Sessions

  1. All memberships and training sessions are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferrable.
  2. All memberships and training sessions must be paid in advance and in full.
  3. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes and private training sessions at any time to accommodate holidays, special events, or whims of the owners.  No refunds or credit will be granted due to schedule changes.
  4. You must attend all four of your pre-set Fundamental sessions in order to qualify to graduate and participate in any other group class. Group WOD memberships must begin no later than 10 days after Fundamentals graduation.
  5. We don’t think this will happen much, but just in case, we reserve the right to:
    • Refuse you entry to class if you turn up more than 5 minutes late.
    • Cancel your private training or private Fundamentals session if you turn up more than 15 minutes late (making the session subject to our cancellation policies as detailed below).
  6. All memberships are subject to the following rules and limitations:
    • You must register online to EVERY class you attend. We require a minimum of 2 to run a class. If we cancel a class due to a single reservation, you may be placed in the next closest class.
    • If you register for a class and do not cancel online it will count as a used class. Those with unlimited memberships will be charged the full class pass price ($25) of the class.
    • Out of respect for other athletes do not make a habit of reserving a spot and cancelling last minute. If this becomes the case, we reserve the right to suspend your membership and any remaining credit will be forfeited.
    • Every member must review, understand, and adhere to our Elite Etiquette.
  7. Annual contracts can be paid in monthly installments but cannot be stopped or delayed for any reason other than below.
  8. Memberships may be temporarily placed on hold to accommodate illness or injury as documented by a doctor’s note. To place a membership on hold, e-mail Jess and include the start date and end date of your requested hold.  All holds are subject to the following conditions:
    • The minimum hold period is two weeks.
    • The maximum hold period is 2 months.
    • The total maximum annual hold period is 2 months. Once 2 months of hold has been reached, the membership must either be reactivated, or it will be dropped and any remaining credit will be forfeited. If we do not hear from you regarding what you would like to do with your membership, it will be dropped and any remaining credit will be forfeited
    • Memberships may be placed on hold a maximum of 2 times per year regardless of hold duration.
    • Extensions of an existing hold will be treated for administrative purposes as an additional hold.  Holds may be terminated early at any time.
    • There are no retroactive holds: you must let us know in advance/asap if you wish to place your membership on hold.
  9. Membership rates will be honored as long as the membership is maintained.  This means that should our rates increase, you will not be subject to said increase unless you allow your membership to lapse. Membership lapses include but are not limited to:
    • Memberships dropped at the specific request of the member.
    • Memberships dropped due to expiration of the maximum hold period.
    • Memberships dropped due to non-payment.  We will give you a grace period of two weeks to correct any billing issue (expired or invalid credit card) before memberships are dropped for this reason. A service fee of $25 will be charged for any payments 10 days past due.
  10. Should your membership lapse for at least 2 months you may have to refresh your skills prior to reactivating your membership to ensure that you will be able to safely participate in class via our Fundamentals program.
  11. Membership confers the following benefits:
    • You may attend any Elite class or open gym up to the number of classes specified by your membership type.
  12. Contract cancellations must be in writing with at least one full billing cycle in advance. There will be a $200 cancellation fee for any single contract that is terminated prior to the contract date and a $350 cancellation fee for any shared (couple's) contract that is terminated prior to the contract date.

Private Fundamentals or Private Training

  1. You must attend all four of your Fundamental sessions in order to qualify to graduate and participate in any other group class.
  2. We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If a scheduled appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, you must make up the session, and will incur a nominal $50 charge in order to compensate the coach.
